Here is a simple way to check that a function is indeed the inverse function. If you take an output from the original function and plug it into the inverse function, it should give you back the original input that you entered into the original function. Mathematically, this means that if f(x)=y, where x is the input and y is the output, then g(y)=x when g is your inverse function. This means that f(g(x))=x and g(f(x))=x, showing that the a function and its inverse cancel eachother out. #InverseF
